Free Children's Clothing & Community Support in Alliance, Ohio
In early 2015, a homeless man named Michael came to First Christian Church in need of jeans, socks, and shoes. His need was shared with a Bible Study group — and the response was overwhelming.
What began as helping one man quickly became a recognized children’s clothing mission of the church.
Michael’s World continues that mission today — providing free clothing to families in need with dignity and compassion.
Gently used, seasonally appropriate clothing displayed on racks so families can choose what they need.
All underwear and socks are always purchased new.
Free meal offered the 4th Thursday of each month for the community.
Volunteers wash, dry, sort, and size clothing.
Items are organized by size and season.
Small children’s clothing is bagged for easy pickup.
Parents and children choose items directly from racks.
